Ingredients for making Shredded Crazy Meat:

500 grams of skirt steak or lizard

1 unit of chopped red pepper

1 unit of chopped white onion

 2 chopped garlic cloves

 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

3 sprigs of cilantro or parsley

2 units of chopped ripe tomato

 1 pinch of black pepper

 1 pinch of salt

 2 tablespoons of sunflower oil

1 coffee spoon of powdered cumin

 2 cups of beef broth

How to Make Shredded Crazy Meat:

Before making this crazy party meat recipe, the first step is to gather all the ingredients.

Cut the meat into large pieces and season with salt, pepper and ground cumin. Then bring a pressure cooker with the oil to medium heat and seal the meat, that is, cook until it is browned on all sides, but still raw inside.

Remove the meat and, in the same pan, saute the onion and pepper for a few minutes (add a little more oil, if necessary).

Add the tomato and garlic and saute for another 1-2 minutes, or until the tomato starts to release its juices.

The next step in this crazy meat recipe is to add the meat and Worcestershire sauce to the stir-fry, and mix everything together.

Finally add the broth or water and the sprigs of cilantro or parsley. Cover the pan and cook for 1h30m.

After the cooking time, remove the meat and shred it, using two forks or your hands.

Tip: The meat should be very tender and easy to shred; if not, cook for another 15-20 minutes.

Serve the shredded crazy meat with a little of the cooking sauce and accompany it with bread, or salad and white rice. Tell us what you think of this recipe, and bon appetit!
